A continuation of last week's talk on "Not Self," we explore the qualities of 'emptiness and openess.'   

Emptiness has both negative and postive connotations.  When the sense of "I," "me" and "mine" falls away, great spacious can emerge, but also a sense of disorientation.  The key seems to be in our capacity to let go and embrace the openess that is our true nature.
