This meditation begins by attuning to who you are as the one who is aware. 

You’ll explore a few minutes of concentration on breath, move into deep relaxation, select an anchor and observe what changes.  Toward the end of this meditation you’ll refresh the practice and explore non-doing, non-fixing and spacious, open presence.
