Our entire life experience, if unexamined, is made up up five states that obscure clear seeing.  The 'good' news is there are only five and with mindfulness, we can cultivate a sense of freedom and ease.  The "bad' news is that whether they are extreme or subtle, these states pervade our view of reality.
